2022 Quarterly Meeting Announcements
Per the vote at the January 28, 2022 meeting, all future meetings will be held on the first Thursday of each quarter. The intent is to give every homeowner ample opportunity to prepare for these meetings and discuss the business of the community together. The dates for calendar year 2022 are as follows:
2nd Quarterly meeting: Thursday, April 7, 2022 location- 521 Cypress Point Drive
Business to discuss:
- Gate improvements (possibly a special assessment vote needed)
- Road Improvements
3rd Quarterly meeting, Thursday, July 7,2022 location -TBD We need other volunteers to hold meetings.
4th Quarterly meeting, Thursday, October ,2022 location -TBD We need other volunteers to hold meetings.
Of Special Consideration:
Quarterly events to celebrate our neighborhood and break bread with our friends and neighbors:
March Pig Roast:
- Location-567 Cypress Point Drive, hosts Tim and Sandy Golden
- With co-Hosts cooking Sean and Heather Maharrey.
- If you have never been to a Pig Roast, you won’t want to miss this one. Its an all night of cooking and a real feast.
- Anyone wanting to contribute to bring a covered dish or help with the cost of the food is appreciated.
June, September and December events:
- We need volunteers to host these.
2021 was a great year with a Catfish fry in June, Low Country Boil in October and a Christmas Progressive Dinner in December. Let’s make this another year to remember as well. We are off to a good start.
Mentioned thus far have been an Oyster Roasts. Volunteers and those willing to assist with costs should let us know.
