Special Meeting Thursday, August 19, 2021 at 6:30pm

PURPOSE of MEETING:

  1. Front Gate Entry
    1. Discuss and vote on front entry gate redesign.
    2. We hope to have a budget for this project and discuss any changes, revisions, etc.
    3. If we can come to a consensus on design and approve to move forward, then we can all vote as a community.
  2. By Laws and Covenants as revised a few years ago.
    1. The revised By Laws have been sent out to everyone via the CPP Website for your review. I recommend you review the suggested revisions in red, print them out and bring them to the meeting so we can all discuss together.
    2. There is a lot of information to be discussed, so we will have a time limit on items. PLEASE, let’s be prepared and get this one behind us.
    3. Again, this is a discussion only, once we come to a consensus, we will have a special vote at least 15 days after.
    4. There is a polling feature on the website, therefore it is even more important that you have access to the website.
  3. Heather Maharrey has volunteered to assist with getting everyone singed up for the website if help is needed.
  4. Low Country Boil
    1. Volunteers needed to assist Denny and Michelle Hopkins with the next social event, A Low Country Boil, on Saturday, September 11 at their home 472 Cypress Point Drive.
  5. A special thank you to Larry Moorer for being the one to keep our entry gate working as best he can and Dan Baston for making the recent repairs after it was hit by someone again.

COVID in our Tri-County area has increase 140% within the last week. Therefore, to prevent the exposure and spreading Steve Parker has set up a ZOOM Meeting for all to attend.
