Berkeley County government is holding a meeting entitled, “Request to Lift Large-Scale Development Moratorium,” for the new Surf City water park. The water park is going to be located at the corner of Black Tom Road and State Road (Highway 176).
A Parker’s gas station and a Catholic church are planned on the corner of Black Tom Road and State Road as well.

Did you know the Cypress Point Plantation community is served by our local Volunteer 501c3 Fire Department? Chief Sweatman of the Lebanon Fire Station is coordinating an effort to address some immediate needs as they are working on a very limited budget and can use our help!

The CPP-HOA Board is pleased to announce passage of the recent vote on the Motion for Special Assessment to continue work on the drainage ditches and landscaping at the new gate.
A vote to approve a $350 per-lot special assessment is before the homeowners. Voting ends March 16, 2023.
