All our Friends and Neighbors of Cypress Point Plantation! Charmayne and I have recently sold our home, and as of April 1 will need to step down; myself as President and Charmayne as Website administrator. We have mixed emotions about leaving this great community, however, the opportunity presented itself for us to build and move to Lake Moultrie… we seized the moment. Charmayne and I will be leasing back from the new homeowner until our home is complete, on or about December 1, 2022, thus we will be here to help, as needed. Heather Maharrey has agreed to take over the role as Website Administrator. We have spoken to Scott Regan that hosts the site; he will assist Heather as needed. 2022 Meeting Dates & Announcements

2022 Quarterly Meeting Announcements Per the vote at the January 28, 2022 meeting, all future meetings will be held on the first Thursday of each quarter. The intent is to give every homeowner ample opportunity to prepare for these meetings and discuss the business of the community together. Reminder for Voting

Voting on Revisions to Bylaws and Covenants will take place at 6:30PM on January 28th, location is 521 Cypress Point Drive. If you are unable to attend, you MUST contact Richard Winslow via email at richard@mywinslowhome.com to request a ballot. This ballot MUST be mailed to: Richard Winslow, 521 Cypress Point Drive, Summerville, SC 29486 It must be received on or before meeting time on January 28th and in a sealed envelope within a mailing envelope to be accepted.

Meeting LOCATION Update

The special meeting location has been updated. Due to the Winslow's being exposed to COVID, the meeting location has been changed to the Golden's at              467 Cypress Point Drive at 6:30. For the safety of everyone during the continuing rise of COVID cases, we are asking for all to wear a mask. To help minimize contact, we also ask only one representative per household to attend. REMINDER of Special Meeting

A friendly reminder of the special meeting to discuss the updated Covenants & Bylaws and moving forward with the gate. We want to make sure everyone is clear prior to voting. Friday January 14 at 521 Cypress Point Drive at 6:30pm.  We will discuss and address any concerns/questions on the updated bylaws/covenants and gate proposal at this time.  We will then vote by paper ballot on January 28. Homeowner Letter

Dear Homeowner, We hope this letter finds you well and ready for the holiday season upon us! The purpose of this letter is twofold: The Board has decided to cast another vote on January 28 for the updated Covenants and Bylaws and for moving forward with the front gate.
