The CPP-HOA Board is pleased to announce passage of the recent vote on the Motion for Special Assessment to continue work on the drainage ditches and landscaping at the new gate.
A vote to approve a $350 per-lot special assessment is before the homeowners. Voting ends March 16, 2023.
With spring in full swing, there is more outdoor activity within the community, including children playing and neighbors walking. We are asking everyone to observe the 15 MPH speed limit throughout the community and asking you to remind your guests and vendors of the 15 MPH speed limit when making arrangements for them to enter Cypress Point Plantation. There has been a recent increase in traffic exceeding the speed limit excessively. Let’s all work together to keep our community, especially our children, safe.
Cypress Point Plantation welcomes Jen and John Booth, who recently purchased 521 Cypress Point Drive. We look forward to having them as neighbors.
The new gate is now operational! The temporary universal entry gate code is 6789. Everyone can access the community using that code for the next week, until we program in the new codes that we will post on the website.
Reminder: The CPP HOA fourth-quarter meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, October 6, at the home of Matt and Sherry Bost, 520 Cypress Point Drive. If you have items you’d like to be considered for the agenda, please send them to golden_tim@hotmail.com.
Now that the new gate construction is under way, please use extra care and caution when entering and exiting the community until the work is complete. Also, if you are inviting guests or having vendors come into the community, please communicate with them that there is a new gate under construction and to be particularly careful when entering and exiting.
Reminder: HOA Meeting is 6:30 p.m. Thursday, July 7, at the home of Ted and Pam Harris (438 Cypress Point Drive).

Dear CPP Community,
As you may have noticed, the gate has not been working since last week. A service call was made and part ordered last week. Our understanding is that it will get in this week, and we will hopefully have a working gate shortly thereafter.
Kind regards,
CPP HOA Board
You can pay your gate assessment online. A 3% credit card processing fee will be added at checkout.
