Dear Homeowner,
We hope this letter finds you well and ready for the holiday season upon us!
The purpose of this letter is twofold:
- The Board has decided to cast another vote on January 28 for the updated Covenants and Bylaws and for moving forward with the front gate. We want to have another discussion on these items at a special meeting on January 14 at 521 Cypress Point Drive at 6:30pm to make certain everyone is clear. We will discuss and address any concerns/questions on the updated bylaws/covenants and gate proposal at this time. We will then vote by paper ballot on January 28. A copy of the Paper ballots will be available at the January 14 meeting.
- We wanted to remind everyone that per Article II, Membership in Association,
Section 3: Annual Assessment fees shall be due upon the first day of January and paid in full no later than 31 March for each Lot owned by members of the Association and payable in advance for the upcoming year. Late charges will accrue after 31 March. (refer to Declaration of Covenants paragraph 5.3 covering Late charges.)
