A friendly reminder of the special meeting to discuss the updated Covenants & Bylaws and moving forward with the gate. We want to make sure everyone is clear prior to voting.
Friday January 14 at 521 Cypress Point Drive at 6:30pm. We will discuss and address any concerns/questions on the updated bylaws/covenants and gate proposal at this time. We will then vote by paper ballot on January 28. A copy of the Paper ballots will be available at the January 14 meeting.
