The main purpose of this meeting is to discuss the following:

  1. Front gate design and cost: Vote for approvals to move forward with construction.
  2. Discuss revisions to By Laws and Covenants: Revisions will be posted on the website soon for all to revisit, We would like to discuss and amend as needed and place for a vote two weeks after all discussions and amendments are made.
  3. Determine a date for the next cookout (many wanted to do a BBQ as the weather gets cooler).
  4. Set a time and date for the next quarterly HOA meeting.
