The CPP-HOA Board is pleased to a announce the results of the recent vote on the motion for Special Assessment to continue work on the drainage ditches and landscaping at the new gate.

The results were as follows:

  •   1           No -Ineligible
  •   4           Lots Did Not Cast a Ballot
  • 31           Lots Accounted for

Twenty-two yes votes represents 73.4%, which exceeds the 66.8% requirement of 20 votes representing two-thirds of eligible voting lots.  Therefore, the motion for the Special Assessment of $350 has passed.

Next Steps

  1. The board will meet and certify the vote and put the supporting documents into the record
  2. Steve Parker will issue invoices for $350 due June 15, 2023
  3. We will assemble a team to complete the landscaping up at the gate (to the extent we can do this work ourselves we can save some money and have some fun while we get the work done)
    • If anyone has any ideas for the landscaping, please forward them to Tim Golden or any other board member
  4. Complete the bidding for the drainage work and get that work lined up and completed
