To all our neighbors in CPP,
We plan to have an HOA meeting on Thursday, June 10 at 6:30pm at our home – 521 Cypress Point Drive.
The purpose of the upcoming meeting is to keep everyone informed on current events and discuss future projects within our plantation, as well as planning a neighborhood cookout. With only 30 lot owners it would be nice to create a great feeling of community within. We have a lot to be thankful for and hope you will attend.
Charmayne and I will have light snacks and adult beverages after the meeting for all. We look forward to seeing you. We also sent out an email to each resident on the list, so please respond to confirm your attendance.
