A new home will begin construction on or before March 14 at 510 Cypress Point Drive for Michael and Yasmine Hargrove. As such, there will be additional trucks and traffic in our community. The builder has been advised of the 15 MPH speed limit and that speeding and trash being thrown from vehicles are not allowed. Please advise if you happen to see any offenses as we attempt to maintain a peaceful community.
Please help welcome Michael and Jasmine and wish them the best in the building of this lovely new home. It will be a nice addition to our small plantation.

Spring Is In the Air
The wet weather is now behind us, it seems, and spring has sprung, so take the opportunity to get out for a walk and meet your neighbors. Let’s get those cookouts started. After all, we have a great place to do it. Also please encourage all to sign up for the new website. It’s a great way to get the message out.
